What I work with.

Some of the areas I most often help with. None of these are diagnoses — they’re patterns of experience. If something here sounds like you, that’s reason enough to reach out.

01 06

Anxiety & Stress

When the mind won't quiet — racing thoughts, persistent worry, the body always braced for something.

What it can look like

  • Racing or intrusive thoughts
  • Sleep that won't settle
  • Persistent muscle tension or fatigue
  • Avoidance that's grown larger than the thing being avoided

How we work

A blend of cognitive-behavioral techniques, somatic awareness, and — when helpful — mindfulness-based tools. We start by understanding the pattern, then build practical strategies you can carry into real life.

02 06

Trauma & EMDR

For experiences that didn't finish processing the first time, and keep returning in ways big and small.

What it can look like

  • Flashbacks, vivid memories, or recurring dreams
  • Hypervigilance, startle response, sense of unsafety
  • Numbness, dissociation, or feeling “not quite here”
  • A specific event that you can't move past

How we work

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is a well-researched approach that helps the nervous system finish what it started. We move at your pace, with care, and only after you've built the steady ground to do the work safely.

03 06

Life Transitions

New chapters — chosen, imposed, or somewhere between — and the disorientation that comes with them.

What it can look like

  • A relationship, role, or identity shift
  • Major moves, career changes, or returning to work
  • Grief over the version of life you thought you'd have
  • Stuckness between an old self and a new one

How we work

Therapy that names what's being lost, what's being asked of you, and what kind of future is actually worth building. Less prescription, more clarification.

04 06

Parenting & Family

For parents holding space for their kids while quietly looking for someone to hold space for them.

What it can look like

  • A child or teen who's struggling, and you're not sure how to help
  • Co-parenting friction, new family configurations
  • The slow erosion of the parent you wanted to be
  • Wanting to break a pattern you grew up inside

How we work

Parent coaching, family consultation, and individual therapy that takes parenting seriously as the developmental and identity work it is. We can also include the child or teen when that's the right move.

05 06

Burnout & Professional Life

For people who are doing well on paper and quietly running on empty.

What it can look like

  • Cynicism, depletion, or detachment from work you used to care about
  • Difficulty stopping — even when you can
  • Loss of meaning, motivation, or pleasure in non-work life
  • Resentment that you can't locate the source of

How we work

We work on the immediate stabilization (sleep, capacity, boundaries) alongside the bigger questions about what kind of work you can actually sustain. Especially relevant for clinicians, healthcare, education, and high-responsibility roles.

06 06

Grief & Loss

For losses that the world expects you to be over by now — and the ones it doesn't see at all.

What it can look like

  • Loss of a person, relationship, role, or future you imagined
  • Grief that arrives in unexpected waves
  • Difficulty being around people who haven't lost what you have
  • A timeline of “getting back to normal” that no longer fits

How we work

Grief isn't a problem to solve. The work is to make room for it, build a life that can hold it, and find your way to the version of yourself who lives after.

Ready when you are.
